Kung Fu Lion Dance Show Elementary School

This is a demonstration featuring the Kung Fu Heroes of South Coast Martial Arts and Wushu Shaolin Productions of Hawthorne CA. The performance was a unique opportunity to introduce elementary school students to the positive activities that exist such as Martial Arts and Acrobatic training. 

The demonstration begins with a traditional Chinese Lion Dance also known as a dragon dance by many. After the Lion Dance we begin a Kung Fu Demonstration featuring Monkey, Tiger, Scorpion, Ditang Mei Hua Quan, and Group Sets. All of these unique styles allow practitioners from all walks of life to develop themselves through martial arts by expressing themselves comfortably.

少林寺僧侣 Shaolin Kung Fu Warriors DVD

This is a demonstration by the most knowledgable Shaolin Warriors today, filmed in 2011 by the Chinese Network Television Station CCTV to help promote shaolin culture and educate everyone about Shaolin. 

The video is a public resource to all Shaolin Enthusiasts around the globe who are interested in learning traditional forms of Kung Fu. The first form is demonstrated by Shifu Wu Bin who wields the mighty Da Dao or Large Sword. Next is a demonstration of Xiao Hong Quan a necessary form in the Shaolin Temple curriculum. After the group presentation young disciples demonstrate a series of unique styles of Kung Fu that all incapsulate the essence of Shaolin Kung Fu. Some of these forms are Da Hong Quan, Mei Hua Tang Lang Quan, and Pao Quan. After the single hand form routines are finished we continue on to the final group presentation of Ba Duan Jin and Qi Xing Quan.

Hello everyone, Saturday evening was an amazing demonstration by Wushu Shaolin Productions and South Coast Martial Arts Kung Fu Heroes featuring Shaolin Warrior Shifu Yan Hong. It was an amazing demonstration at the AnQi Asian Fusion Restaurant in Costa Mesa California. Hello all Kung Fu Championship Participants,

            I would like to take the time to truly thank everyone for your efforts to insure that the Kung Fu Championships at the Anaheim Convention Center this year was both successful and completely positive for all competitors. Your dedication to the art has inspired me to continue my quest to unite the Kung Fu community for the sake of everyone’s future. It is my wish now that we continue to unite together for countless generations to come without hatred or animosity in our community. 

            In fact, the director of the tournament Sensei Anthony C Marquez was so pleased by the Chinese division that he is planning to make next year a much bigger and better event. To commemorate our accomplishments he has announced that next year the Tournament will have a Chinese Theme. What this means is that it will be up to the Kung Fu Championship to take leadership and organize a grand intro at the beginning of the tournament with as much performances and activities celebrating the Chinese Heritage and Culture of Kung Fu as possible.

            With the help of everyone I believe that we will revolutionize Kung Fu in America and once again reclaim our place at the forefront of the International Martial Arts community. Let us fight together as true warriors, fighting for all humanity.
